UNIT STUDENT
OUTCOMES: At the end of each lesson the student will complete a graphic organizer with the cause (the sun or the moon
being gone in each different facet) and the affect (how life would be altered) to then write a summary of the
effects on life.

At the end of the unit, the student used the unit graphic organizer and weekly paragraphs to create a poster
or video about the importance of the sun and the moon for life on Earth.
