IIITS is primarily a research based Institute which aims to develop technology related
research that can solve real-world problems and create a positive impact in our day-to-day
lives which would help create innovative and entrepreneurial mind-set.

It is with great pride that IIIT Sri City presents the fourth edition of its signature cultural
festival, Abhisarga. The cultural clubs of IIIT Sri City - Music, Dance, Movies, Sports to name
a few have come together to conduct ABHISARGA’19 in the most spectacular way ever
organised in its history.

As IIIT Sri City continues to acquire laurels in academia, research and innovation, we plan to
take ABHISARGA’19 up a few notches. Hosting over 30 events spread across 3 days,
Abhisarga is scheduled for the 29th, 30th and 31st of March, 2019. To add to the grandeur
of ABHISARGA’19, there would be students from various technical and non-technical
institutes across the country and audience from the industries in Sri City making Abhisarga a
cultural celebration of Sri City.

This edition of Abhisarga features a never-held-before event Sri City’s got

talent.

IIITS is on a quest to find out the most enthusiastic, energetic and skilful company, here
in Sri City. The companies form the backbone of Sri City. We, at ABHISARGA’19 want to
celebrate the spirit of Sri City by hosting an event - Sri City's Got Talent, which provides
people with an opportunity to showcase their talents in front of a large student
community from premier educational institutes of the country and also the members of
fellow companies in Sri City. To commemorate their effort we dedicate an entire day for
music, dance and celebration, where the family of Sri City gets together to celebrate an
entire delightful evening.

The below listed are the types of a sponsor and the benefits we will be providing with on
the basis of the amount given:

1. Title Sponsor - Rs. 5,00,000

Benefits:
● Previewing video clips as advertisements on LED Screen which will be placed
on the stage.
● Will always be mentioned as the main sponsor of ABHISARGA'19 during
anchoring in the event.
● Sponsor’s logo on all the banners, hoardings, brochures, t-shirts and all other
promotional activities like on social media handles, website, radio etc.
● Can set-up a stall for advertising their company and products near the food
court, so that more people see the stalls and get to know about the sponsor.
● Can also sell their merchandise during the fest which would promote the
sponsor's brand.
● The company's products would be included in 'Be an Ad Guru' online
contest.
2. Diamond Sponsor - Rs. 3,00,000
Benefits:
● Previewing video clips as advertisements on LED Screen which will be placed
on the stage.
● Sponsor’s logo on all the banners, hoardings, brochures, t-shirts and all other
promotional platforms including social media, radio etc. ● Can set-up a stall
for advertising their company and products.
● Will always be mentioned as the co-sponsor for ABHISARGA'19 during
anchoring in the event.

3. Platinum Sponsor - Rs. 1,50,000

Benefits:
 ● Sponsoring specific 'Abhisarga Brand Events'(Evening shows) which would be
attended by thousands.
● Sponsor’s logo on all the 'event' posters, brochures, event pass and all other
promotional platforms including social media, radio etc.

4. Gold Sponsor - Rs. 1,00,000

Benefits:
● Sponsor’s logo on all the banners and all other promotional activities like on
social media handles, website, etc.
● Can set-up a stall for advertising their company and products near the food
court, so that more people see the stalls and get to know about the sponsor.

5. Silver Sponsor - Rs. 50,000

Benefits:
● Sponsor’s logo on the banner, social media, website, radio etc.
If none of the aforementioned sponsorship packages suit your needs, we are also open
to the idea of tailoring sponsorship packages that may meet the need of your company
