Overview: Platform Structure

Adzymic platform allows users to create multiple campaigns under same Advertiser . Each campaign
can consist of multiple ad format ( i.e Carousel Std, List, Carousel Overlay) and ad units (i.e 300x250,
300x600, 970x250) and each ad unit can consist of multiple ads.

1. Login to Adzymic Platform

i. Go to http://app.enzymic.co
ii. Key in your Email address
iii. Enter your Password
iv. Click

2. Create New Advertiser (For Agency Access)

i. After logging on, click Advertisers on the


left panel.
ii. Click Add Advertiser to create new
advertiser.
Note: Advertisers Module lists all the
advertisers that the agency/publisher managed.

3. Create New Advertiser (For Agency Access)

i. Enter Advertiser Name that you are managing.


ii. Upload Advertiser’s Logo. This logo will be the default logo that will appear on the ad unit.
iii. Click on

4. Create New Campaign

i. After logging on, click Campaigns on the left


panel.
ii. Click Add Campaign to create a campaign.
Note: Campaigns Module lists all the campaigns that
the agency/publisher managed. If you login as
advertiser account, you can only see

5. Create Ad Unit for Campaigns

i. Once a Campaign is created, Campaign details will be displayed (as circled below). As this is a
new campaign, no ad units are found.
ii. Click Add Ad Unit to create a new Ad Unit.

6. Create Ad Unit for Campaigns

i. Enter Ad Unit Name


ii. Select Content Type
iii. Select Ad Size(s):
• List: 300x250, 300x600, 970x90, 728x90, 320x480, 320x50, 300x50
• Carousel Standard: 300x250, 300x600, 970x250, 320x480
• Carousel Standard (AMP Format): 300x250, 970x250
• Carousel Overlay: 300x250, 300x600, 970x250, 320x480
• Carousel Skinny: 300x250, 300x600, 970x250
• Single Ad: 300x250, 768x90,970x90, 970x250, 300x600, 320x480
• Lead Gen Form: 300x250, 300x600, 320x480
• Carousel Flip: 300x250, 300x600, 970x250
• Vertical Video: 300x600, 320x480
iv. Select Auto Optimization if you would like to enable real-time
optimization of your ads based on Click-through performance rate.
v. Select Sequence, if you would like the ads to appear in sequence,
rather than optimised or random. (Applicable for Carousel only)
vi. Select Amp, if you wuld like the ad unit to be in AMP format.
vii. Enter Sponsored Label eg. Sponsored by ABC
viii. Click Browse to upload logo (Height: 60px).
ix. Click Create Ad Unit to add Ad Unit.

7. Ad Unit Details

i. Once Ad Unit is created, Ad Unit details will be displayed.


ii. As this is a new Ad Unit, no ads are found within the Ad Unit. You can click on the search button to
access the Ad unit
iii. Then Scroll down and click Add Ad to create a new ad for this Ad Unit.

8. Create new Ad
i. Enter the Destination url (the page you want to promote)
ii. Ad Title will be automatically extracted from the destination url. You can make changes to the Title
as needed.
iii. Select Description if you have additional description to add
iv. Select Call to Action Button if you want to add button. Once added, you can enter the button text
and select choose the button colour, using Colour Picker or select from list: default (white), green,
orange, red, blue.
v. Select “Use this ad to generate fall-back image)” if this ad will be fall-back image. Adzymic will
create a default jpg for this ad, which can be downloaded when publish. Fall-back image is use for
DCM as default image.
vi. Status indicate the status of the ad:
i. Ready to publish – This ad is ready to publish
ii. Publish – This ad is published and live
iii. Unpublished – This ad has been set to unpublish and will not be published.
vii. Choose the option to upload the ad image or Get image from destination url.
viii. Click on Fetch Button to fetch the images on destination url. Select the image you intend to use.
ix. Click on Crop button to crop image. See next page on how to crop image.
x. Once crop to the right image area, click on Create Ad

9. Crop Image

• Select the area you want the ad to appear.


• Click CROP to cut away the unwanted area of the image.

10. Add/Update video to your Ad

i. Video Ad is currently only available in Single,


Carousel Standard, Overlay, Skinny, and Vertical
Video
ii. Select “Content Type” as “Video”
iii. You can choose if you want to ”Autoplay”
iv. Once Video is selected, you can choose
i. Upload Video: Upload Video has maximum file
size of 100Mb and only support mp4. Note: For
this option, Additional Video Ad Serve cost will
be incurred.
ii. YouTube: You can embed YouTube video by
selecting YouTube and enter the YouTube URL.
(Recommended)
iii. Once entered, YouTube video will appear.
v. Click on “Add or Update AD” to update the Ad,

11. Demo Area

Once ad is created, an ad will appear in demo area as shown below.

12. Complete the Ad unit creation

• You can add many ads into one ad unit (Please refer to Ad spec for min. No. of Ads for each chosen
Size)
• Click to open up a window with a mock up page and HTML 5 ad unit.

13. Preview Ad Unit

• The preview window will show how


the ad will appear.
• AD URL can be shared among users
for Review and Approval process

14. Publish Ad Unit

• To publish the ad unit, click on the Publish button. Select the creative tag format:
• DCM – Campaign Manager
• DFP – Doubleclick for Publisher
• DBM – DV360
• GDN – Google Display Network
• Sizmek
• A floating window will pop up with javascript creative tag.
• Copy the creative tag for placement.
• Download the Default Image.

15. Update Content Ad Unit

• Once the tag is placed on the Ad Server, you can


update the content ad directly on Adzymic Platform.
• To Edit the ad, click
• Once editing is done, the ad status will turn to
”Ready to Publish”, you will need to click on the
“Publish” to publish the ad.
• Select “Unpublished” if you do not want the ad to be
published yet.
• To delete the ad, click (i.e. trash bin).

16. Replicate Ad Unit

• Replicate ad unit allow you to make a copy of an existing ad unit. All information, entries of the ad
unit will be copied over.
• Click Show Campaign to open a Campaign
• Click “+” (right of Ad Unit) to Replicate Ad Unit
• Click OK to confirm replication of selected Ad Unit
• New Ad Unit replicated will have a Name “… (copy)” as highlighted below

1. Introduction
• Impression and Click Tracker allow user to insert Ad Server tracker like DCM and Sizmek Pixel.
Impression Tracker usually is in the form of “<IMG SRC>…”, while click tracker is in the form of
“http://…”

2. Adding Impression Tracker into Ad Unit

• Impressions tracked by 3rd Party Server can be tracked at Ad Level.


• To insert 3rd Party impression tracker, enter the impression pixel on the following:

1. Introduction

• Like and Social icons can be added into Carousel and Single Ads formats Ad units.
• When shared, destination url of the ad will be shared on the relevant social channel
• When liked, Heart icon will change to Red.

1. Lead Gen Ads Introduction

• Lead Gen Ads allows users to submit form directly through the banner, without the need of going to
landing pages. This feature help to improve the conversion of form registration.
• Lead Gen Ads is currently available in 300x250 and 300x600

campaign requirement.

3. Add/Update Lead Gen Ads

i. Enter Title
ii. Enter Description (Description is mandatory for Lead Gen Form ad) Description
iii. Select Call to Action Button if you want to add button. Once added, you can enter the button
text and select choose the button colour, using Colour Picker or select from list: default (white),
green, orange, red, blue. Action

4. Add/Update Lead Gen Ads

x. Enter Footer. You can use footer to indicate your privacy
statement. Footer is HTML ready so you can link to
external page by specifying <a href=></a> html code.
xi. Enter Thank You Message. Thank you Message will
appear at after the form is submitted.
xii. Enter Thank You Description. Thank you Description will
appear at after the form is submitted. Footer is HTML Footer
ready so you can link to external page by specifying <a

xiii. Enter Form Title. Form title will appear at the top of the
form. Use Form Title to specify simple form instruction
xiv. Form Fields can be selected from the following pre-
defined fields: First Name, Last Name, Email, Company,
Gender, Phone, Job Title, Country.
xv. You can edit the field name as required. Thank You

5. Add/Update Lead Gen Ads

xvi. You can specify up to 3 custom fields. Custom fields can


include: Text, Dropdown, Radio, Checkbox.
xvii. Radio and Checkbox allow maximum of 2 options. For
more than 2 options, please use Dropdown.
xviii. You can add and edit option of Dropdown, Radio and
Checkbox by clicking on “ADD Option” button.
xix. Once done, please click on ”CREATE AD” or “UPDATE AD”

6. Retrieve Leads Information

i. Leads information can be accessed by clicking on


the download icon
ii. Once download, a CSV file will be saved.
iii. Leads information is only accessible via Advertiser
or Agency account. Adzymic Administrator does not
have access to the lead information.

7. When creating Lead Gen Ads

i. For 300x250 and 300x600 Lead Gen Form, the maximum number of fields on a single form is 5
and 6 respectively. Once exceeded, user will be prompted to fill up the fields at ”Next” page.

ii. All fields are mandatory. Error will be prompted for empty fields or wrong format.

iii. Image can be clicked by the user and will bring the user to the destination url.

1. Access to Dashboard

There are 2 method to access the dashboard.

• Click the Graph Icon to access to campaign level / Ad unit dashboard.


• Click Dashboard on the left panel to access overall Account dashboard.

2. Dashboard Overview

• The Dashboard has options to view in Daily, Weekly and Monthly, Custom or Specific date range.
• There is also options to select by Ads or Ad Unit.
• When selecting Ads, impression counts will be based on Ads. For e.g., a 300x250 List ad unit
will have 1 ad unit impression and 3 ads impression.
• Clicks represent number of clicks on the ads. CTR % is calculated as percentage of Clicks over
Impression
• Swipes are applicable only for Carousel ad units, which represent number of non-unique
swipes.

Dashboard: Trend Chart

• Trend Chart shows the Impression and CTR(%) across a timeline.


• When mouse over the chart or trend line, the impression or clickthrough rate will be highlighted.

Dashboard: Performance Chart

• Performance Chart shows the Impression and CTR(%) for different Ad Unit of the campaign. For Ad
Unit Dashboard, the chart will display Ads performance instead.

• Video Performance Chart (only applicable for Carousel Standard with Video Ad) shows the 5 sec,
50% completed view and 100% completed view of video ad.
