EXTR LOW VOLATAGE SYSTEM (ELV) – TELEPHONE RISER OBSTRUCTION WORKS AND
ELV OUTLETS COVER DAMAGED BY OTHERS

With reference to the subject mentioned above and as per previous letter to you (Ref: CTS-19/SGB/HCS/L/001,
dated 14th March 2019), we would like to highlight that the cements transfer pipe still not dismantled for FTTH fiber
cable and panels installation works in telephone riser. Please note that we need two months to complete the fiber
installation and reporting works after making good and hand over of telephone riser to us.

Besides that, there are lot of TV/Data/Telephone outlets’ cover with scratches in some of the units due to defective
wall repairing and making good works by other trades.

Attached a copy of photos for your reference and we will put in record and back charge to relevant contractor for
future replacement.
