Exploratory- a study that involves carrying out original research in order to meet the

the research findings (e.g. client’s responses to questionnaire about changing product
specifications) should take place, resulting in proposals about how to manage relevant
aspects of the organization’s future.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY: How you will conduct the study. (Research design
& methods)
Research Design: This section is used to provide details of the design of the
research. There is normally a reiteration of the objectives. It should include a
rationale for the choice of research design/approach, the procedure used, details
of the empirical work and the method of analysis.
Research method should describe in detail the steps followed in completing the study.
If you have done a sample survey, the basis of sampling, its size etc. should be

Satisfaction Level

65% of customers are satisfied with the product due to best quality of the product.

--------------------------------
It has been observed that 5% customers are non respondent as they were busy with the
other works.
Do the data analyses as shown above, only you have to choose appropriate methods for
analysis like ratio analysis, cash flow, comparative analysis, operating cycle study etc.
While writing and presenting a report, take care of minor matters as this will make it
more professional. Badly edited reports with grammatical errors and wrong punctuations
give a very poor impression. A well written and carefully corrected one holds the interest
of the reader. Foolscap pages with single space matter needs a lot of grit and
determination to read. Well spaced pages with proper headings, margins and tables are
inviting. It is necessary to review and revise your draft report before you give to the final
typing. Also show it to your guide and obtain his comments and suggestion for changes
where necessary.
While concluding student should take care that his conclusion is matching with the title
of the project and objectives set in the project. Student has to give different suggestions to
the company which will act as solution to all those problems researcher has identified
with product or services or methods applied.
It includes – references, books and research journals used, web sites, newspapers etc.
