The company is engaged in the field of Industrial and Municipal Waste Water Treatment Plants, Desalination Plants in
the field of Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) and Operation & Maintenance(O&M) throughout Global.
Some of the current running projects are at RWTP- DM- CPU Dangote Nigeria, Desalination & Sewage Treatment
Plant Jazan Saudi Arabia, RWTP-UFRO-DM-ETP HMEL Bhatinda Punjab, Desalination Plant MRPL, Mangalore and also
Projects under Namami Gange Scheme Sonapur Kolkata Uttarpura.

Roles and Responsibilities under Quality Assurance Activities (QA):

1: Preparing Pre Order QAP with Wabag Quality Standards and also incorporating Contract Quality Requirement
2: Reviewing/Approving of Post Order QAP which was submitted by Vendor will be forwarding to Projects for further
submission to End Client/PMC.
3: Project Inspection Categorization Plan - Preparing and Submitting to Customer/End Client for approval.
3: NCR Analysis - Analyzing and Sorting out Non Conformities raised by Internal Inspectors and TPIA Inspectors.
4: Reviewing of TPIA Inspection Reports, If any Deviations observed or mentioned in the Inspection Report , further
course of action will be taken on discussing with Vendor and Inspector to sort out the deviation without
compromising on Quality front.
5: Floating an Quotation Enquiry to TPI Agency for Vendor Inspections for Overseas Vendor and preparing
Comparative Statements of cost front between the TPI Agencies, discussing and finalizing the Quotation for further
Purchase Order Process. Review and Approval of Inspector CV for the Vendor Inspections.
7: Preparing ISO Documents as suggested by MR.
6: Self will be the Team Member in Performing the Vendor Assessments, preparing the Assessment report and
submitting to General Manger - Quality for Various Products (Pressure Vessels, Tanks, Piping, Valves to meet the
requirement of Contract).
7: Attending and Presenting (PPT) on the Status for Quality Assurance Activities (NCR and TPI Agency Report
Deviations) during the QC Weekly Review Meeting.

Roles and Responsibilities under Quality Control Activities (QC):

1: Performing activities as a Quality Control Coordinator (QCC) for Operation & Maintenance Projects - Maintaining
Tracking Sheet of the Projects, attending Project Review Meetings on Status of Projects, Timely Organizing Vendor
Inspections, Extraction of Contract Requirement and Presenting in the Quality Weekly Review Meeting for
understanding and discussion on the difficulties to overcome during Quality Documents review/approval.
2: Performing Vendor Inspections (Stage and Final) for the Components like Ductile Iron Pipes, RO and Dosing Skids,
Expansion Bellows, Pipes, Plates, Hot Rolled Coils, Pipe Fittings, Flanges, Butterfly Valves, Spiral Pipes, Pressure
Vessel, Tanks, Process Piping, Ball Valves, Knife Gate Valves, Gaskets, Axial Fans, Process Equipments (Related to
Water Field) - Sludge Thickener Mechanism, Primary and Secondary Clarifier, Sluice Gates, Manual and Motorized

3: Preparing the Inspection Report and releasing the Material Release Order in the IFS (Online Portal).
