please speak to the deacons/deaconess on duty.
3) Parents and guardians please be aware of your
child’s/children’s whereabouts in church. Your child(ren)
MUST always BE in your company.

5) April 21 – Earth Day Summit Hosted by: Ontario Conference
of Seventh-day Adventists President Dr. Mansfield Edwards;
at the Orion Room, International Centre, 6900 Airport Rd,
Mississauga, ON L4V 1E8. Admission is free, but registration is
required. Register online at:
https://www.earthdaysummit.ca. Onsite registration is
available Sunday, April 21, 2019, 9:00 a.m.– 11:00 a.m.
6) April 24 - The North London Forever Young seniors are
inviting everyone to join them at their church, 800 Fleet St. at
1:00 PM. A cardiologist will be giving a presentation and will
answer questions from the audience.

9) About ACES: ACES is now accepting applications for the
2019 - 2020 school year. Kindergarten spots are especially
filling up so apply early.
- ACES will be having Education Sabbath at the North
church on April 27.
10) April 27 Annual Benefit Concert at the St Thomas SDA
Church 380 Manor Rd. (@Talbot) St Thomas at 7:00 p.m. Free
admission. Refreshments to follow!
11) April 28 - Outreach to the homeless continues! Volunteers
are needed to serve meals to the group. Parking is available
behind the building at 696 Dundas Street Ark Aid Christian
Mission. If you can help, please speak to Teresa Ferreira.
12) Are you seeking to improve your walk with God and would
like a team of fellow growing Christians to assist you along
your journey? Starting May 1st through July 24th, every
Wednesday @ 7:00PM our Church in Prayer will be walking
through the 12 steps to drawing closer to our Heavenly
Father. If you are interested in joining us for this life
changing journey, ask the pastor or our prayer ministry
leader, Clara Baptiste for your copy of the booklet “Steps to
Christ” and journaling notebook.
13) May 4 - FASD - There will be a presentation at 2pm at the St.
Thomas SDA Church (380 Manor Rd) about Fetal Alcohol
Spectrum Disorder. There is a skilled speaker coming in from
Community Services Coordination Network to talk to us
about FASD. This will be a great opportunity to learn more
about FASD, its effects, and how to relate to those who have
FASD. We are opening this up to the community and
encourage you to come in casual attire. Please plan on
attending and invite your family/friends to attend.
14) ADRA Canada has an opening for an experienced Junior
Accountant in the department of Finance, New Castle,
Ontario. Deadline to apply is May 6. Copies of the job

15) May 24-25 Western Ontario Regional Camp Meeting in Sermon Notes
Chatham; theme "Growing Young." Speaker: Edward Marton,
Ohio Conference Youth Director.

16) Ontario Conference Seniors’ Trip will be to the Sight & Sound
to see “Jesus” in July. Registration information is coming soon.
