AGREEMENT

We, _________ and _____, hereby agree to form a BUSINESS named ________”
which will be located at ___ _______, _____. We agree that the BUSINESS shall be registered
with proper authorities as single proprietorship under the name of _______who shall serve as
sole representative in all the BUSINESS dealings.

It is hereby agreed by the parties that the division and distribution of profits shall
commence on the first quarter of year 2019, on a quarterly basis. There shall only be distribution
