Yes, according to the researcher’s finding, smart teams did not allow individual to dominate,

instead they divide the task and have equal contribution from member. This situation I have
experience in majority of group which I have before. While I was in a group which everyone
involved by giving opinion and contribution, its came with a more satisfaction and better of
result compared to the group which only the leader who are the one work hard in the group.
Moreover, if everyone was active in the group, they can realise the problem that I may not
realise and point it out for me. There might be more ideas when all of us gather together
and contribute on the works which we know as brainstorming. Next, I also agree that a
good group member would have good communication and plenty of it may need to know on
how to reads others emotion or minds. This is much important when the assignment needs
maximum group work which means needs everyone efforts to success the programme. Its
might need a good communication between the member and also needs to know other
emotion while we communicate with others. There a few aspects we need to beware when
we communicate with others. This includes volume of speaking, expression while speaking
and the way we answer other questions. In my opinion, teamwork and communication are
tend to be more important in a group working.
