The Logo
Logo Overview
Our logo is the one element that unifies and represents our organization and our brand. It has been
specially designed to symbolize not only our name, but also what
we stand for. (Please refer Ubank’s introduction).

The strongest, preferred way to use the logo in it’s original format with 100% white background. Since it
is the most powerful visual element within our brand, the logo must always be treated with respect. It
should be used only in conjunction with its approved colors. The examples shown here illustrate the
correct use of the logo in positive and reverse formats.

need. As a brand, Ubank has its own valueand strength in market now.

Clear Space & Minimum Size

To protect the strength and integrity of the logo, a


clear space area, free of competing visual elements,
should be maintained.

In the example at left, ‘n’, in red outline represents


the clear space around the logo. ‘n’ is equal to size
of the ‘n’ height of the letter in the UBank logo.

The minimum size of the logo should measure no


less than 19mm in width.

Reverse printing process

The strongest application of the logo is in it’s


original format with 100% white ground.

It should be noted that reverse printing shall only


be used if there is no option left for example one
color printing on parachute umbrellas or for low
budget jobs which includes giveaways as well.

The Rainbow
The rainbow element is an essential part of any
UBank design. The geometrical design represents
different variations of two basic colors of the logo.

All corporate and retail communication designs


must have the rainbow and can be applied in
different formats as per availability of space. Like
logo, the strongest application of the rainbow is in
it’s original format with 100% white ground.

However rainbow incorporated in retail


communication will be followed by specially
designed templates. (Please refer to
communication design section).

The Color Palette
Primary Color Pallette
The primary color of UBank's logo is navy blue and green: a tone that is immediately recognizable,
highly visible and universally available. As a financial institution it is also our link to the "Trust" "Growth
and "Innovation".

It should be used in all our communication, and always on cover pages in combination with rainbow
shades.

Secondary Color Pallette
In addition to the primary colour palette. Some campaigns and documents may require use of contrast
or sub brand colours, Use the extended colour palette when a secondary colour is needed for a
marketing campaign, or for a specific product like UPaisa (A Branchless Banking brand).

Sometimes a wider range of color is needed when presenting data. However rainbow will always be
remain as part of artowrk in any form as per availability of negative space.

Typography
Typography is another important element of a Calibri Regular
brand. By controlling the type styles and alignment

highly legible. The type alignment for all our
communication is flush left or justified. Calibri Regular

therefore important that all stationery items be consistent. The stationery has been designed for two commonly
