lubricants in Indian market. With the famous brand name Xpeed. The
products are based on strong research and market segmentation by
understanding the vehicles nature. We are committed to deliver
Quality products with updated technology and eco friendly approach.
Maintain global standards in health,safety and environmental norms
with a strong commitment towards social welfare. Its products are:

TITLE
HR manager of the Mannat Lubricants Mrs. Priyanka has given the
title of our task ( monitoring of the DWR i.e Daily Working Reports and
online dealing with the distributor)
KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES
In the live project of 10 days the prominent responsibilities which we
had learned as well as fulfilled under the HR manager of the company
are as follows:

 Cross checking the DWR reports with the original detail of the
employees
 Distributor dealing on calls
 Redressed some of the grievances of the distributor on call and
manually also.
TASK
ASSIGNED
: With the due course of the time as well as our live project the HR
manager of the company has increased our tasks to provide the
practical knowledge of the market and also the learning to how to
tackle the distributors..she has assigned some of the main tasks to us
which are as follows:

 Cross checking of the DWR reports.


 Verification of some of the legal documents.
 Interact with the local distributor of the market.

Some of these aforementioned tasks were assigned by our mentor of


the live project Mrs. Priyanka.
CUSTOMER
INTERACTION
During the course of our live project we have interacted with lots of
distributor on phone calls as well as in local market ..we have also made
the strategy to how to tackle the distributor and convince them for the
product. In the initial days of our

live project we found it difficult at times we failed to convince them but


with the passing days we have managed it very well. Some of the
distributor we found were so rude and aggressive and some of them
were little bit technical to talk we felt as they are taking our analytical
test of mind. We learned patience skills from the customer interaction
and convincing skill from interaction with the customer.
ACCOMPILSHMENT
: During the live project of 10 days in HR in the Mannat Lubricants Pvt.
Ltd. We have accomplished prominent goals or target which were
provided by our mentor of the live project. First of all about DWR
report it is the Daily Working Report of the employees in which name of
the employees, area of the employees,residential address of the
employees are mentioned. Format of the DWR report is on the MS
excel certain columns are allocated with the certain details mentioned
above so in this task in the initial days our mentor of the live project
told us the brief about this report and also told us what is the working
of this report..In starting days she has provided the target of monitoring
of the 30 DWR reports during the course of time she has set the target
of cross check of 50 reports and after that it has increased to the
number 75. So in this way at the end of the live project we have
accomplished the monitoring of 75 reports. Secondly it was about the
making calls to the distributor. Mentor told about the behavior of the
distributor and told them how to make the strategy to cope up with
them in the initial days of the project we have called around 10-15
distributor but with the due course of the time we have increased the
calls to 25-30 calls in one day in some of the calls we have failed to
convince the distributor but as in passing days we convinced the
distributor very well. Third accomplishment of our live project that we

ave achieved was interaction with the customers ..in the local market
we have interacted with lots of customer they have told us about the
product and its feedback. Some of the customer was little satisfied with
the products as well as some of the customer were full satisfied with
the company products. Last but not the least accomplishment that we
were made in our live project was solving the grievances of the
employees in the initial days this task was not assigned to us but with
the due course of the time our mentor has assigned this task in which
we have worked diligently by sorting out the grievances of 20
employees.
KEY
LEARNINGS:
: The live project of 10 days in Mannat Lubricants Pvt. Ltd. Gave lots of
experience,task,responsibilities as well as memories also. This live
project of us gave us the glimpse about the corporate world and the
practical knowledge of the market as how the company operate and
how the market flows with the changing customer with their changing
demand and their taste and preferences. From the interaction with the
distributor and the customer to the monitoring of DWR reports our key
learning was as follows:

 Monitoring skills
 Patience skill in dealing with the customer and distributor
 How to deal with the distributor
 Grievance redressal of the employees
FEEDBACK AND
SUGGESTION
Live project of this 10 days has totally changed our opinion of the
market and customer by interaction with the customer and dealing
with the distributor we have learned that how the environment of the
business changes everyday and how the demand and the condition of
the market changes. From this project we learned various skills gained
much more experiences which will be helpful in our Summer Internship
Program. This live project has also reveal the corporate world in front
of us and the daily changing market era. I am thankful to my college
SHRI RAM MURTI SMARAK INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS SCHOOL by
