1. ACHIEVER OF THE MONTH AWARD: Highlighting the achievements and giving them the
recognition they deserve.
Criteria – creativity, efficiency, performance, extra mile
Process – it can be a one way or two ways process where in one way process only managers can
be asked for the nomination and in two way both managers and peers can be asked for the
nominations and by compiling the data of both department leaders and peers, the winner can
be decided.
Budget – a certificate, 500rs cash or bonus
Presenter – MD

2. Rotating trophy: on the basis of company values.


Criteria – Employees who have exemplified the company values
Process – 2-3 employees can be given together fun trophy or figurine that you can distribute
around the office. Give it to an employee who has exemplified one of your organizational values,
and let them keep it.
Budget – any fun goody, plant
Presenter – head of the department
Time – quarterly

3. Most Innovative: employee invariably consistently comes up with amazing idea


Criteria: person is responsible for organizational growth, revenue generation
Process – asking the department head about the contribution and how big an idea is
Budget –normally it can be 1000rs cash price rest depends on the idea and what extent it affect
the revenue
Presenter - Department head, Business head
Time – Quarterly basis

4. Leadership Qualities Award : on the basis of team management skills


Criteria: team management, clients dealing, helped in growth
Process: survey or feedback can be done with employees and employers to vote what qualities a
particular person posses and why you are voting for them.
Budget: An Award, momentum, card, flowers
Presenter – business head, CEO
Time – Yearly
5. Positive Participator: an employee takes initiative always, wants to donate their valuable time
for a cause.
Criteria – Active participation
Process: 2 way process where both leader and peer employees are asked to give nominations.
Budget – Certificate, vouchers, gift cards
Presenter – Department head or immediate employer
Time – quarterly

6. Lifetime Achievement Award: Longest time a person worked in an Organization.


Criteria: More than 30 years or 50 years
Process : every person who is completing 30 years or 50 years milestone are eligible for awards.
Budget: An Award, momentum, voucher, gift card
Presenter – Department head and Managing Director
Time – Yearly
