Instructions

 This module includes a project, which consists in writing a short article (máximum 10 pages long)
comparing Colombia with a developed country, based on one of the 12 pillars of the Global
Competitiveness Report. The first step will be making a research and choosing a developed
country to compare Colombia with and the pillar, as well as the problem. The second part will
be analyzing the background and real situation of both countries and finally writing the
conclusión and judgment opinion. The article must be written following Apa 6 rules. The articel
must be deliver in Word, Margins (2.5 upper and lower and 3.0 left and right) Type of letter:
Calibri, size 11, 1.15 space

Delivery 1 (WEEK 6)

During this first delivery, the student must have clear the developed country that will be compared
with Colombia, as well as the GCI indicator. For this stage, you will be asked to deliver a summary of
the article, as well as the problem and objectives (general and at least three specific), along with at
least 3 key words.

Delivery 2 (WEEK 10)

During this stage, the student must deliver the introduction and the background of the article. In
this stage the student must start the research of different academic sources that must be referenced
following APA 6 rules. Remember to specify the pillar that you are going to use to compare both
countries.

Final Delivery (WEEK 14)

The last stage consists of delivering the full article, including conclusions and your judgment opinión
based on your reserach. In this stage you could include statistics and graphics to make your article
more academic. You can also include appendixes.

Se evalúan doce pilares de la competitividad a nivel mundia los cuales
instituciones,infrastrutura,estabilidad macroeconómica ,salud y educación primaria ,educación superior y
capacitación ,eficiencia del Mercado de bienes ,eficiencia en el mercado laboral , Desarrollo del mercado
financiero,Adaptación tecnológica,Tamaño del mercado,Sofisticación de los negocios,Innovación
;intengrando 140 paises alrededor del mundo y dando a conocer como se encuentra cada uno de ellos en
estos pilares.
En este articulo se dara a conocer como se encuentra Alemania y Colombia en infrastructura teniendo en
cuenta que es un pilar importante debido a que por medio de este se puede garantizar el funcionamiendo
de eficaz de la economia pero nos basaremos en la Calidad de las carreteras,Calidad de la infraestructura
ferroviaria Calidad de infraestructura portuaria y por ultimo Calidad de la infraestructura de transporte
aéreo debido a que cada uno de estos items son importantes dentro de un pais puesto que tener medios
de transporte efectivos perimite tener mas facilidad de comercializar bienes y servicios de manera
eficiente y eficaz y asi mismo aseguar a las personas una buena calidad de vida en cuestion de
desplazamiento a sus que haceres dia a dia
