    1) Copy FlashServer.dll, fnp_ld.dll, catet.

    lic files into c:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Offboard


    Information Products\2019A\Flash\ folder
    2) Copy Comet_libFNP.dll, fnp_ld.dll, catet.lic files into c:\Program Files (x86)\Common
    Files\Offboard Information Products\2019A\Comet\ folder
    3) Copy license.dat file wherever you want.
    4) Select level you want into levels.txt file. Copy XXXXXXXX number to set_level.reg file
    5) Add set_level.reg file into Registry
    6) Run CAT ET 2019A
    7) You will see the activation file selection window. Select path to license.dat file
