August 22, 2018

We are going to OJT at High school guidance in Notre Dame of Midsayap
College. And the time of our duty 1:00 pm to 2:30 it is a short time duty because
we have a class at 2:30 pm. And our work there to arranged and to check the
individual inventory of the students, and Sir William assigned our individual task
to do. John Paul Balofiños will be type the names of the students and Rey Dela
Cruz arranged the papers of the students and Shyra, Jona and I are we put the
names of the students to the brown envelope, ant to check the names if they
have there. It is not a stressful work to us and we enjoy it. After our works done
we relaxing our body, and after a minutes we buy our foods at the canteen and
we clean the Guidance office and after that we signed our DTR to Sir William and
we ask the permission to sir that if we can go out because we a have a class.

August 23, 2018

My group mates and I talk about our duty that we need to full time in our
duty because our time duty is short, and we need to fulfill our 50 hours of duty.
And our duty time is afternoon the time-in is 1:00-4:00 pm, and after that we
start our work Sir William assigned to us. And the task that Sir William given to us
is to check the individual inventory of the students and after the checking of the
papers of the students and they put there in brown enveloped Shyra, Jona and I
were talking about our duty that we need to fulfill the 50 hours. After that our
work is done, and were relaxing our body in the chair and I go to canteen to buy a
snacks. After that, Sir William pleased me to put the flower vase to Sto. Niño after
that my group mates and I to signed the DTR to Sir William and ask his permission
that we need to go out and Sir William signed our DTR and we thanked him.
August 24, 2018

Our duty is in the IBED Guidance Office because in High School Guidance Office
Sir William attended a seminar. And my group mates said that we need to duty
but, Sir William is not around and Jona and Shyra said that instead in the High
School Guidance we need to duty in the IBED Guidance Office, to Ma’am May
Ann. My group mates has a permission to ma’am may Ann if we need to duty to
her Office and right timing that Ma’am May Ann is very busy on that time. And
she said that it’s okay because they need an assistant to help her. And Ma’am
May Ann give the bond papers to us to cut it. Then put into the trash can and we
started cutting the bond papers and Jona said it’s nice to tear and she said “ if you
are a heartbroken and you need to move on to your girlfriend/boyfriend you need
waste your time on tearing papers, tear and tear until you finished all of the
papers and you move on.

October 2, 2018

At the Elementary, we conducted a Group Guidance to Grade 6 first section,

and my group mates are Shyra and Janika. And janika and I will assist the
students, and shyra is our speaker for our topic. And as I observed the students,
they understand very well in our topic and they participate to the given questions
to them. And at end of the Group Guidance Ma’am Mae Ann, congratulates us.

October 16, 2018

At the ETD Guidance Office, we have to complied our time there because, it is
not enough our time in our OJT hours. In the morning we’re going to duty at the
IBED Guidance Office and the afternoon at MDNHS. Ma’am Mae Ann gave our
tasked to, and I my work there is to check the Individual Inventory of the students
of IBED. And after our work there, Ma’am Mae Ann pleased me to go at the grade
1 room to meet the adviser and to gave the paper to her. And after that we go
back at the Guidance Office.

The same days, and task to do at IBED Guidance Office. Our work there is check
the Individual Inventory and find the result.

October 20, 2018

At the IBED Guidance Office we’re going to check the Individual Inventory of the
students, and check the result of Individual Inventory that Ma’am Mae Ann
assigned to us.

October 21, 2018

At 9:00-11:30 in the morning at the IBED Guidance Office, we’re going to

arrange the files of the Individual Inventory of the students.

September 24, 2018

We’re going to go in Midsayap Dilangalen National High School for our On-the-
Jon Training, at first when I enter in the door of Guidance Office I great Ma’am
Legurpa, Sir Magno and Ma’am Arraime, and after that I put my bag into the chair
and Ma’am Arraime give us a tasked that we are going to check the scholarship of
the students in Midsayap Dilangalen National High School. My group mates are
Jona, Shyra, John Paul and Rey. We’re going to help us in our works, and after
that our afternoon duty Jona and I will tour around the campus of the school in
Dilangalen. And before that we buy our snacks, and were going back to Guidance
Office and we clean the Guidance Office. And after cleaning the office, I ask
Ma’am Arraime to sign our DTR because we have a class at 4:00 pm. And she
signed our DTR and I we’re going out in Guidance Office.

September 25, 2018

At 1:00-4:00 pm in the afternoon, were going to Midsayap Dilangalen

National High School for our OJT. Our work there is to clean the guidance office
and after that, we sit in the chair and relaxed and after were going back into
NDMC School.

September 26, 2018

The same day, we’re going to clean the Guidance Office and cut the sheet of
paper that Ma’am assigned to us. After that we meet our client, and tour the
whole campus.
October 1, 2018

We’re going at MDNHS guidance office. After entering the door, I put down
my bag at the chair near at the table so that I can clean properly and comfortable.
And I clean the Guidance Office. And Ma’am Arraime gave me a work and she told
me to cut the sheet of paper.

October 3, 2018

Whole day duty because we are going to meet our client in MDNHS, and
Ma’am Arraime gave me my client. My first client is a boy but this boy was
dropped out and I talked to Ma’am Arraime because my client was not in his
classroom it is because he was dropped out. After I talked to her, Ma’am Arraime
replied, she told me to go at Ma’am Legurpa to help me find another client. I felt
happy and comfortable when Ma’am Legurpa shared to me the good that she
found another client. My client is a grade 8 student. I’d go to her room to meet
her. I actually don’t know her and she looks not familiar. I introduced myself to
her and we talked about her problem. After I knew her problem, I told her to go
back at her respective classroom and also I go back to the guidance office.

October 8, 2018

Jona and I conducting our group guidance, our topic is “Healthy Teenage
Relationship” at first, Jona and I felt nervous because we don’t if the student were
easy to handled and they are excited to give our topic, and after that they easily
get our topic. And Ma’am Arraime check the evaluation sheet of our conducting.

 Whole day duty because we are going to meet our client in MDNHS, and
Ma’am Arraime gave me my client. My first client is a boy but this boy was

The same day, were conducting our group guidance at the grade 8 students
and the afternoon we continued our conducting to finish it all.

October 10, 2018

The last day of our group guidance to the grade 8 Student of MDNHS the last
day is very enjoyable and intelligent students because they joined Jona’s trip, and
Jona shared her love experience to the students. The students relate Jona’s
experience and some students are very kind and they easily get the topic.
