Team Rules
Please type additional team rules after the following three required rules. Rules should
be based on your group’s strengths and areas of growth.
1. Each team member must fulfill his/her individual duties every day.
2. Each team member must find time at home, in the LMC, or during a teacher’s office
hours, to complete work by the deadline if needed.
3. A team member who is absent must contact teammates before the beginning of class and
make arrangements to compensate for the absence. Absence does not eliminate the team
member’s responsibilities.

4. Don’t take over/don’t be bossy.

5. Stay on task.

6. Support your team members.

Group Member Your words about why you think this contract is going to work for
you.

Rachel Tokarski This contract works for me because it will help me stay on task, and
stay away from conflict. It will help the group with time management,
and task management, and will also help resolve issues.

Josephine Jett This contract will work for me because we established the rules and
everything in the contract together. I believe it is fair and well made. I
think that it will also help me be a good team member throughout the
legacy project.

Tovya Michael This contract will work for me because it will help make sure I don’t
get too bossy and am inclusive. It will help me get better at task and
time management and it makes sure I began meeting all my deadlines.

Jerome Abuda Overall, this contract will work for the team as we’re all leaders as this
will give us away from problems and not take control all the time.
