    Determination of Flow Time of Effective Dt.
    Resin

    - Fit a B4 Ford cup (as per IS: 3944) on a stand.

    - Take about 150ml of Resin for test.

    - Check the temperature of resin. It should be 250C ± 10C.

    - Increase or decrease resin temperature by heating and cooling to bring

    it to required temperature.

    - By closing the outlet of B4 Ford cup with finger fill the Resin into it.

    - Scrap off excess Resin with the help of a glass rod to make it to the

    level of cup.

    - Allow Resin to flow through outlet by taking out finger.

    - Start stop watch immediately as soon as flow starts.

    - Stop the stop watch as soon as there is a break in the resin flow.

    - Note the time taken. This time gives the Flow time of Resin.
