1. Overview
Air shower automation system is mainly used for air shower room, shower room
and cargo air shower channel automatic control, to achieve cleaner air
purification zone. The air shower room automation system can automatically
achieve inner and outer door interlock and unlocking; lighting start and stop;
human auto-sensing and fan start and stop; entire work process voice prompts
and other functions. Products in the automatic process when related voice
prompts, and has air shower time, front and back doors unlocked delay time,
delay time adjustable lighting and other flexible features.

2. Motherboard schematic mask and Key

Descriptions

A, the control panel buttons Air shower Description:

1, An emergency stop buttons: any time by pressing the emergency stop

button, the red stop light and automatically Disconnect all outside lighting
output, and press again, the system returns to its initial state. This button is
mainly used for internal and external doors cannot be unlocked, the wind
leaching does not automatically turn off and other necessary maintenance.

2, air shower buttons: the inner and outer door closed, press the manual
button, the system is transferred to the wind leaching process. This button is
mainly used for door sensor, infrared or fan failure maintenance overhaul.

3, the lighting buttons: Use the "lighting" button; you can switch air shower
indoor lighting. This button is mainly used for door sensor failure or lighting
overhaul.

4, the upper and lower buttons: In the air shower before or after, through the
upper and down keys to adjust the air shower delay time; entering the internal
parameter settings to adjust or options.

B, Airshower indicator with digital display description:

1, air shower countdown display: double-digit red LED display, the work is used
to display air shower time

Settings and air shower time remaining for set menu for menu parameter
display.

2, the outer door lights: When the outer door is opened, this light (you can
check the outer door is normal).

3, sensor lights: When the human body into a sensitive area, this light (you can
check the photoelectric switch is normal).

4, the inner door lights: When the door is opened, this light (you can check the
inner door is normal).

5, air shower Light: This light indicates air shower blower has been started
automatically or manually.

6, stop lamp: This lamp is lit, indicating that the system is in stop state.

7, lighting: This light, the indicator lights start, again in accordance with the
specified key to shut down or start.

3. The deputy board wiring diagram input and
output terminals interface description:

1, strong power input interface

a. Power supply: 220VAC (silkscreen 220V AC)

2, strong power output interface

a. Fan: 1A 220VAC (ac contactor coil, silk screen for the fan relay)

b. Lighting: 1A 220VAC (such as lamps can be accessed by more intermediate

relays, silkscreen lighting LED)

c. Operating instructions: 1A 220VAC (silkscreen working indicator)

d. Power indicator: 1A 220VAC (silkscreen power indicator)

3, weak input interface

a. Inner door tamper switch: passive contact (within silkscreen door)

b. outer door tamper switch: passive contact (silk screen labeled outer door)

c. infrared sensor switch: passive contact (silk screen labeled IR)

4, weak output interface

a. Infrared switching power supply: 12VDC (silk screen labeled 12V GO)

b. outer door electric lock: 200mA DC12V (outer door electric lock)

c. inner door electric lock: 200mA DC12V (inner door electric lock)

4. Operating instructions

A, air shower parameters setting:

1, the system has an external time parameter settings: air shower time is set,
the external parameter settings directly through the down key to be modified.

2, parameter settings need to continuously press the emergency stop button for
3 seconds to enter the internal parameter setting state. At this point, the
digital display SJ, emergency stop button as set key to use, air shower key as
flip key used can be adjusted up and down keys to adjust the setting
parameters. Such as by air shower, the digital display will be followed by cycle
TI, TO, TC, TL, Td, Tn 6 parameters. Corresponding to different parameters
press the arrow keys to adjust the display of the parameter corresponds to the
delay time or functional status. System features four internal time and two
functional parameters : TI outer door unlock delay setting , TO inner door
unlock delay setting , TC Airshower End Delay Unlock setting , TL lighting delay
setting , Td function setting , Tn door interchangeable settings, complete set,
5 seconds without operation automatically save and exit setting mode .

B. Airshower working parameter setting:
1, air shower time setting:

This is an external time parameter option in the air shower before or after,
directly through the upper and lower control buttons to change the air shower
delay time adjustment range 1-99 seconds by double- digit digital display,
adjust the end of the five seconds, the system automatically saves the
parameter values.

2, the outer door unlock delay setting TI:

This is an internal time option, continuously press the emergency stop button
for 3 seconds, the digital display: SJ system into the internal parameter
settings, press the air shower key digital display: TI, press up or down key to
view the outer door unlock delay time, in seconds, press up or down keys to
adjust within 0-99 seconds, press the button to confirm air shower and go to
the next option, no trigger button within five seconds exit system to save
parameter settings.

3, the inner doors unlock delay setting TO:

to complete the outer door set, need to press the air shower again within five
seconds to enter the inner door unlock delay setting (TO), through the upper
and lower control keys can view and 0-99 seconds adjustable time. Press the
button to confirm air shower and go to the next option, no trigger button
within five seconds to exit the system saves parameter settings.

4, air shower finished unlocks the electric lock delay setting TC:

Completed within the set time delay after the door unlocked, according to
press again within five seconds of air shower to enter unlock the electric lock
delay time setting (TC), through the upper and lower control keys can view and
adjust the electric lock within 0-99 seconds unlock delay time. Press the button
to confirm air shower and go to the next option, no trigger button within five
seconds to exit the system saves parameter settings.

5, the lighting delay setting TL:

Unlock the electric lock delay completion of setting, the need to press the air
shower again within five seconds to enter lighting delay setting (TL), through
the upper and lower control keys can view and adjust the time in 0-99 minutes.
0 - 98 is the actual number of minutes to 99 is illuminated long open. Press the
button to confirm air shower and go to the next option, no trigger button
within five seconds to exit the system saves parameter settings.

6, feature set setting Td:

When set to 0 for the ordinary type , namely " door - Induction - blow shower -
out " process control ; set to 1 when non-inductive type, ie, " door - blowing
leaching - out " process control ; set 2:00 to nowhere type, ie, "sense - blowing
leaching " process control .

7, the door swap function setting Tn:

Door swap function two states 0 and 1, set to 0 for normal , is set to 1, it is
interchangeable; such as when the on-site installation time ago, back door the
wrong tune , set to 1, you can swap to work properly.

C, conventional Airshower workflow:

1. Entering the clean area:

1.1 persons entering the clean area open the outer door, inner door electric
locks automatically lock to wind shower room not clean the air flow into the
clean area, Airshower lights lit, outside work lights.

1.2 into Airshower shut the outer door, the voice prompts: "Hello, please stand
sensing zone." The system starts to detect infrared sensor detects whether
someone like someone, the system is transferred to the air shower process.

1.3 Airshower ago outside doors unlocked, fans start begins air shower, while
the air shower countdown starts. Voice prompts: "working, turn the body 360
degrees."

1.4 If the system out within a specified time after the door closed undetectable
Airshower people, both inside and outside the system automatically unlocks the
door to return to the standby state, the infrared will continue to detect , as it
was detected, both inside and outside at the door locks, air shower air shower
begins.

1.5 Wind leaching process, was pressing up, down, and the light switch the
voice prompts: "working, please do not just touch the switch."

1.6 Wind leaching process, press the emergency stop switch when someone will
end air shower. Press the emergency stop button again to cancel the emergency
stop state.

1.7 After the air shower, inner door unlock, voice prompts: "blowing leaching is
completed, please exit from the back door."

1.8 out of Airshower staff and close the inner door, the system returns to the
initial state, waiting for the next use.

1.9 winds leaching complete, inner door unlocked. Personnel inside the
specified time without leaving air shower room, people may have left the
system default, automatically returns to standby.

1.10 lights lit, within a specified time is not triggered again, it automatically
turns off.

2. Leaving clean areas:

2.1 Open the inner door, exterior door electric lock self-locking, air shower
lights lit, work lights.

2.2 people into the air shower room, close the inner door, the system starts to
detect whether someone is Air shower, such as unmanned detected within the
specified time, both inside and outside the door unlocked.

2.3 If someone is detected, the system pending the staff to open the outer
door, the inner door locked when closing the outer door, the system returns to
the initial state.

2.4 Under special circumstances, people can choose to return to the clean
area, both inside and outside the system to be staff to open the door electric
self-locking, when the inner door closed, the system returns to the initial state.

2.5 outer door open, as it was not detected within the specified time, if the
time to open the outer door, the system is transferred into the clean area flow;
if this time to open the inner door, the system is transferred to the clean area
away processes.

2.6 lights lit, within a specified time is not triggered again, it automatically
turns off.

5. Caution:
1, product size: 244 * 125 (MM), required hole size: each side plus 1-2MM.

2, the product uses magnetic switches requirements: closed contact is closed

when the door contact opens.

3, the product uses infrared sensor switch requirements: 12VDC power supply,
when no contact is open, when someone contacts closed, the effective
distance of 4 meters.

4, the product of electric locks requirements: 12VDC power supply, 200MA

following current, and be careful not external diode (circuit board has been
band).

5, due to the circuit board restrictions, each interface terminals

recommendations are not greater than 100W external devices such as fans or
Medallions more than the larger power via AC contactor and relay switching.

6. The revised description:
