INTRODUCTION
Kota Bogor is one of the city that had so much effort for waste management especially for organic
waste processing. Their Environment Agency cooperate with Agriculture Agency make AEBCD
(Agriculture and Environment Base Community Development) System. This AEBCD system spread
through all their communities by accompaniment from Agriculture Agency and environment activist.
They had few integrated organic urban farming, TPS 3R Waste to Energy, well performing waste
bank and also producing dry BSF that exported to abroad for high price.
The option to use integrated urban farming is increasing the value of compost and also BSF that
produce by TPST. Dry larvae also increase significant amount of income with the price of dry BSF in
world market in the range of 1500-2000 USD per ton. Compost that being produce by BSF residue
and garden waste can be use in this integrated farm. The market for organic product also higher than
usual farming product. In this study, Putra and Saiful can learn the integrated farming system, dry
BSF processing and market for organic farming product and foreign market for dry BSF. Hopefully
the system can be applied in Muncar, especially there are lot of farm land that we can use in term of
integrated farming.
The plan is visiting Bogor for 3 days (28-30 November) with the place to study are : KSM Rangga
Mekar, KSM Cipaku, KSM Mulyaharja and their central waste bank.
