1. Strategy:

Customer involvement: The customer involvement would not


be direct as they will have a direct access to the kiosk machine.
There will be a 24 hour help line for the customer with built-in
function in the machine which is always ready to help the
customers if they come up with difficulties in operating the
machine.

Operating the machine would be very easy as it will have touch


Screen option making it user friendly Moreover It will have
different options about the category of the songs according to the
artist or the genre or on the year basis.

Locations: Malls, college canteens, Coffee Bars, Stores &Gas


stations.

Availability: 24 hours.

Collaboration: Virgin Music, Sony Music(BMG), Apple and


different radio stations.

Type of Music Genres:Hiphop,R &


B,Reggae,Trance,Electronic,Jazz,blues,Rock n
Roll,Classical,Religious & Devotional, World.
Facilities: An Esteemed customer prepaid MM (Musik Maniak)
card which carry many discounts for cash less transactions, the
more one uses the MM service the more discounts He/She gets.

2. Operational:

The DVDs will be made according to the order automatically by


the machine as per the requirements. Considering the stock of
the readily available CDs or DVDs, we would also have the
collection which contains songs which are played most of the
time on the radio stations. The DVDs or CDs of the old classic
would also be an option for the stock.

The Best quality CDs would be purchased from Sony and other
major producers.

Investment: Price per vending machine would be around $


10,000 (Approximate value) and a total of 100 machines in 4
months. A special option of printing the image on the CD will also
be available.

3. Capital:

The investment of the capital would be majorly from the external


funding body. Setting up the machines and operating it efficiently
would be the main activity. Regular hourly update of the inventory of
the songs will be done through online excess. The capital internally
would be invested in the Customer call center and regular updation of
songs.

4. Flexibility of equipments:
The programs that are used for the kiosk machine will be developed
with the collaboration with Apple. The same programs will be designed
in such a way that they can be updated accordingly to the demand.

5. Advertisements:

The collaboration will help us in Promotion activity Such as


Advertisement, which mainly includes Radio Stations, music
magazines, movie theaters, Television Advertisement, etc.
