1) The Friends of Jesus Adventurer club meets this afternoon,
April 13th from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
2) Pathfinders Club Sunday from 10am – 12 pm.
3) April 14 - Women’s Ministry will be having a fellowship
breakfast at 10:00 a.m. Ladies, please bring a friend and a
dish to share.
4) Inviting ALL to prayer, Bible Study and testimonies on
Wednesday night at 7 pm. Come and be blessed!
5) Parents with Children: The Mother’s room is available for
your comfort. If you need assistance, please speak to the
deacons/deaconess on duty.
6) Parents and guardians please be aware of your
child’s/children’s whereabouts in church. Your child(ren)
MUST always BE in your company.
7) About ACES: ACES is now accepting applications for the
2019 - 2020 school year. Kindergarten spots are especially
filling up so apply early.
- ACES will be having Education Sabbath at the North
church on April 27.
- Teacher appreciation week is April 15 - 19. Let’s let our
dedicated teachers know how much you appreciate
them!

of Seventh-day Adventists President Dr. Mansfield Edwards;

11) April 26-28 - Kingsway College Presents – WORTH IT preview
Weekend 2019. Calling all grade 8-11 students! Join us for a
free Preview Weekend. Come and see what Kingsway College

12) April 28 - Outreach to the homeless continues! Volunteers
are needed to serve meals to the group. Parking is available
behind the building at 696 Dundas Street Ark Aid Christian
Mission. If you can help, please speak to Teresa Ferreira.
13) May 24-25 Western Ontario Regional Camp Meeting in
Chatham; theme "Growing Young." Speaker: Edward Marton,
Ohio Conference Youth Director.
14) College Park Elementary School (CPES) is looking for a Grade
8 teacher who: 1. Wants to lead students to Jesus, 2. Is
committed to helping students experience their best
academically and socially, 3. Is able to implement multiple
strategies of instruction and assessment. They must also be
able to teach cross-curricular intermediate subjects. They
must have strengths in intermediate or above Math and
Science. The ability to teach French would be beneficial. CPES
is located in Oshawa, Ontario.
15) Ontario Conference Seniors’ Trip will be to the Sight & Sound
to see “Jesus” in July. Registration information is coming
soon.
