clausefi) of sub-section (2) of Section 20 of the Dentists Act. 1948 (XVI of 1948). the
Dental Council of india with the approval of the Central Govemment._ make the following
Regulations for Section 6(1) of the Dentists Act, 1948:

11' Short title and commencement:

(i) These Reguiations shall be called the “Dental Council of india (Term of Office
of Membership of 000 Regulations. 2006'
