ACTIVITIES STARTER
1. Ask students to look at the photos on the right-hand side of the page and
tell them to imagine that they are all from a family album.
2. Ask students to say how the people might be related.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
1. Ask students to read the instructions in A and check that they understand
what they have to do.
2. Remind students that you will give them exactly one minute to write
down as many words as they can think of that describe family members.
3. Tell them when to start and stop writing.
