Working on SAP Success Factors Employee Central module. Employee Central is a core HR
solution for business performance.
Setting up business process configurations as part of best practices and Testing.

Created Organization Structure
Created object types as Organization Units, Jobs, and Positions.
Assigning Relationships between different objects like Organization units to Organization
units, Position to Organization units, Jobs to Position and configured Reporting Structure.
Created customized relationships between the objects
Simple & Expert Maintenance, Integration with other HR sub Modules
Personnel Administration:
Creating and Configuring the Enterprise Structure (Personnel areas, and Personnel sub
areas) and the Personnel Structure (Employee group, Employee sub group).
Customized Actions and Info groups, and assigning the info groups to personnel actions to
enter structured information of the employee in the system for each of the actions (IMG step

Configuring Info types menus in the master data screens (PA30) as per the requirements.
