Greetings of extraordinary pursuits for the year 2018!

The Council for the Restoration of Filipino Values (CRFV) as the Accredited Learning and
Development Institution (ALDI) of the CSC tasked to implement the Values Restoration Program
(VRP) pursuant to Civil Service Announcement No. 40, would like to conduct a Youth Nation
Builders Summit on March 14-16, 2018 at the CRFV Training Institute, 24 Naguilian Road,
Baguio City. In this regard, we are inviting your youth focal person and/or more youth
leaders/representatives from your jurisdiction to attend the said event. The registration fee
is P7,000 inclusive of food, accommodation, seminar kit and certificate.

The VRP as the soft approach to the government’s anti-corruption initiatives, aims to help develop
the right character and perspectives of the youth as nation builders in the future. Through various
workshops, fora and lectures, concepts of nation building and values will be enforced. This is in
response to President Rodrigo Roa Duterte’s efforts of bringing change to the nation. As
elucidated by the President in his inaugural speech, “Change, if it is to be permanent and
significant, must start with us and in us. Love of country, subordination of personal interests to
the common good, concern and care for the helpless and the impoverished – these are among
the lost and faded values that we seek to recover and revitalize as we commence our journey
towards a better Philippines.”

Attached is the CSC Announcement and Accreditation of CRFV as a Learning and Development
Institute in which each participant will receive corresponding points for ranking and
