• Leadership Excellence Profile (LEP) competencies will use the


triangle framework to be measured;
– Control : basic foundation. If the branch manager haven’t got that, everything is
going to be wasted. Measured in a weekly basis.
– Sales of financial service product. Measured on a daily basis.
– People ; employee satisfaction and engagement as well as levels of
communications and response. Measured in a weekly basis.
– Customer service; service score for every branches. Measured every month.
• Branch Managers had one on one evaluative meeting with their area
manager regularly at mid year.
• Similarly, branch manager met one-on-one at the same time with the
members of their staff.
• Before the meeting, branch managers received an evaluation
regarding what aspect of their job they were and were not
succeeding at.
