Balanced Nutrition

Ega : Assalamualaikum.wr.wb good morning all. We will introduce my self and my


friend. My name is Ega and my friend Nahdah. We are from Polytechnic Ministri Of Malang.
Here we will do health promotion about how to we helathy through nutritious food.

Nahdah : Yes, it's true, ladies and gentlemen, are there anyone who knows what balanced
nutrition is?

Naila : i know balanced nutrition is eating vegetables everyday.

Cholis : you are a cow? Eat vegetables everyday

Naila : you don’t joke.

Reyna : i also know balanced nutrition is drinking milk everyday.

Cholis : it must be delicious, i also won’t to drink milk everyday.

Nahdah : Stop it. So immediately, ladies and gentlemen, balanced nutrition is a daily diet that
contains nutrients in the types and quantities that are in accordance with the body's needs.

Ega : right so don’t just eat vegetables and drinks everyday the important thing between
carbohydrate, fat, proteins, and minerals must be balanced.

Naila : then sample any proteins?

Nahdah : : examples of proteins are eggs, meat and nuts.

Reyna : it is true if you don’t consume food with balanced nutrition, will affect health?
Ega : yes that’s right mom. So if we don’t consumed balanced nutrition can cause
problem like :

1. Obesity
2. Anemia
3. Malnutrition
4. Golter
5. Night blindness
6. And many others problem.

Cholis : then i will give my children food with balanced nutrition.

Reyna :yes right so that our children avoid donger especially these of me who are still
pregnant.

Naila : then what kind of fruit is consumed by the mother of reyna

Nahdah : pregnant women are advised to consume fruits such as bananas, oranges, avocados,
mangoes, and berries such as blueberries, strawberries and rosberries

Ega : then does anyone know what vegetables should be consumed.

Cholis : I know spinach

Naila : broccoli

Reyna : carrot

Cholis : bean

Naila : tomato

Reyna : eggplant

Ega : yes it’s true so everyone already knows

Reyna : already we are clever, clevewers

Nahdah : well from here is there anything asked again?

Naila : it is enough
