AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made and entered into on this 28th day of January
2018 by and between:

Ms. Wilda DC. Lacson Proprietor of WILFRANZ TRADING with address

at 33 3rd Avenue Bgy. Bagong Lipunan Crame Quezon City and:

Ms. Fely Bermudez with an office located at

PURPOSE & SCOPE

1. That Ms. Bermudez will share whatever amount in Pro Rata

intended for Barangay San Isidro of Antipolo projects.

*Php3,000,000 (Three Million Pesos Only) for One (1) unit

Forward Dump Truck to be awarded and collected on March
2019 to/by Ms. Wilda Lacson.

*Resolution of Php3,000,000 (Three Million Pesos Only worth of

Forward Dump Truck) to be purchased & supplied by Wilfranz
Trading.

Both Parties see the benefits of this project, have a desire to

pursue the project and have determined that each brings unique
expertise and experience necessary to accomplish the objectives
outlined above.
As stated above, this agreement imposes certain legal
obligations and may be amended from time to time by mutual
agreement of the parties in a written modification signed by
both parties.

It is mutually understood and agreed by and between the parties

that:

Each party takes legal and financial responsibility for the actions
of its respective officers and or representative.

To the fullest extent permitted by law and from and against any
and all demands, claims, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, and
costs, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising out of or
resulting from the indemnifying partys acts or omissions related
to its participation under this Agreement, and each party shall
bear the proportionate cost of any damages attributable to the
fault of such party.
EFFECTIVE DATE AND SIGNATURE:

This Agreement shall be effective upon the date of the last party sign
below. The parties indicate agreement with this Agreement by their
signatures below.
