CASTUSU INTEGRATED SCHOOL

Last July 27, 2017, the high school department conducted career guidance and counseling to the Grade
7-10 students. This is to provide guidance to the students who are facing a variety of career challenges.
And as we conducting this program and asked some questions, we discovered that most of the students
are facing challenges in choosing what career they want to choose. Conducting career guidance helps
the people identify their natural responsibility

January 28, 2015 – The Student and Community Development (Guidance) Center, in cooperation with the
Office of the Advancement, Recruitment and Alumni Affairs in celebration of the Career Guidance Week
launched the Course Fair and Career Symposium at the SPAC Lobby on January 28-30, 2015 following the
slogan “Career Choices are LIFE choices, take them seriously…Do it right…NOW.
This is a joint effort to encourage the senior students of the Academy Department to continue their College
education in SPAC. Each department prepared their booths filled with information and promotion material that
could hopefully entice them to be SPACians still even in college.
The event received positive comments, especially from the seniors. One student said “I may start reconsidering
my decision to go to another college.” Even some said that “It’s good to feel that my kuya and ate are trying to
get me stay here for another four years.”
Pr. Ephraim Perral, Vice-President for Student Affairs of SPAC, delivered a short message during the opening
program. Then ribbon-cutting rite ensued which was attended by the school administrators, dept. directors,
dept. chairs and academy principal. Mr. Christopher del Monte, SCDC Director, emceed the program.
