ALTERNATIVE DISPUTES RESOLUTION (JAN 2001) 
The AMRAAM Program Team (the prime contractor and the AMRAAM JSPO) has 
created an Alternative Disputes Resolution Plan that establishes a process for resolution 
of any conflict which arises during the life of this contract.  The latest revision signed by 
both parties, and distributed by the Air­to­Air Joint Systems Program Office via 
Procuring Contracting Officer letter is incorporated herein by reference.
