TO PROSECUTION’S FORMAL OFFER OF EVIDENCE

ACCUSED, assisted by the undersigned counsel, submits this COMMENT to the

Prosecution’s Formal Offer of Evidence, and respectfully alleges:

Prosecution and render inadmissible some of the foregoing exhibits.

Accused further prays for such other relief and remedies as this Honorable Court
