LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, Jillian Fatima G. Asdala, Filipino citizen, of legal age, single, born on the 4th day of

February, 1986, a resident of 18 Amethyst St., Wack Wack East Greenhills,

Harry Stein

Mandaluyong City, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not acting
under undue influence or intimidation from anyone, do hereby declare and proclaim
this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, in English, the language which I
am well conversant. I am hereby revoking and annulling any and all Last Will and
Testaments or Codicils at any time heretofore made by me. And I further hereby
declare that:
I.
I desire that upon my death, it is my wish to be buried according to the rites of the
Roman Catholic Church. I wish that I will be dressed in an all white ensemble,
designed by my good friend Francis Libiran. I ask that I will be placed in an all white

coffin and that the flowers during my wake and interment be predominantly of white
color, preferably of roses, tulips, carnations, camellias and orchids. I also ask that
the song Love Is All That Matters by Eric Carmen be played at every day of my wake
at the exact time of my death. I wish that my remains be cremated and that my
ashes be thrown out in open sea at my first death anniversary;

II.
I hereby nominate and appoint my sister, Jennifer Lawrence, to be the executor of
my Will. In the event that the aforementioned predeceases me or shall be unable or
unwilling to act as my executor, I nominate and appoint my brother, Channing
Tatum, to act as my alternate executor. I direct that no bond or surety for any bond
be required for my executor nor her alternate in performance of his or her duties.

I give the executor the power to settle any claim for or against my estate, and for this
purpose he/she has the power to sell, lease, mortgage or otherwise encumber any
property, real or personal, that may be included in my estate, with or without an
order of the court, without bond, with due notice to all the heirs.

III.
To my beloved parents, Richard Gere and Paris Hilton, I give and bequeath the
following property to wit:
a. My 500 sq.m. house and lot, located at Amethyst St., Wack Wack East
Greenhills, Mandaluyong City;
b. One-hundred percent (100%) of all my shares at Petron Corporation;

c. All my gold bullions valued at 300-Billion Pesos deposited at the Swiss

Harry Stein

Bank Corporation; and,

d. My 2018 Lamborghini Aventador.

IV.
To my esteemed sister, Jennifer Lawrence, I give and bequeath the following
properties to wit:
a. My 180 sq.m. condominium unit at Discovery Primea, Ayala Avenue,
Makati City; and,
b. My 2018 Maserati GranTurismo.

To my dear brother, Channing Tatum, I give and bequeath the following properties to
wit:
a. Seventy-five percent (75%) of my shares at PLDT Inc.; and,
b. My 2018 Rolls-Royce Ghost EWB Sedan.

VI.
All of the rest and residue of my property, real and personal, of every kind and
description and whosesoever situate, which I may own or have the right to dispose of at
the time of my death, I give, devise, and bequeath in equal shares to my herein
aforementioned parents, sister and brother. Should the preceding person(s) die before

me, then I give, devise and bequeath the said property to my loyal friend and partner,
Barbara Parker

Lee Min Ho, as substitute beneficiary.

ATTESTATION CLAUSE

We, the undersigned attesting witnesses, do hereby affirm that the forgoing is
the last Will and Testament of Jillian Fatima G. Asdala and we certify that the
testator executed this document while of sound mind and memory. That the testator
signed this document consisting of four pages in our presence, at the bottom of the
last page and on the left hand margin of each and every page, and we, in turn, at the
testator's behest have witnessed and signed the same in every page thereof, on the
left margin, in the presence of the testator and of the notary public, this 13th day of
October, 2018 at Manila City, Philippines.

September 4, 2018;

Witness, Harry Stein, with CTC No. 78901, issued at Muntinlupa City, on October 4,

All known to me to be the same persons who executed the foregoing Will, the first as
testator and the last three as instrumental witnesses, and they respectively
acknowledged to me that the same as their own free act and deed.

This Last Will and Testament consists of four (4) pages, including the page on which
this acknowledgment is written, and has been signed on the left margin of each and
every page thereof by the testator and his witnesses, and sealed with my notarial
seal.
