That I am today i.e _________ handing over the Original

Agreement dated 17-02-1980 made between myself, Mr. Mahesh

Chotrani and the Building Messers. Mohanani Enterprises

alongwith NOC and share certificate original along with Paid TDS

certificate original from the above Society viz. “Maya Apartment

CHS Ltd.”. in respect of my Flat being Flat No.8, situated on the

2nd Floor of The Maya Apartment CHS Ltd., at Khar (West)

Mumbai 400 002 to you as the Buyer to enable you to mortgage

the said Flat to Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd., for availing the loan of

a sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Only) being my

balance consideration amount.

This Letter confirms that I have handed over to you the

abovesaid Original Agreement with NOC which is self

explanatory.
