Dear Respected Dean of Boromarajonani College of Nursing Saraburi, Thailand

Good afternoon,
We hope this letter finds you well. Regarding the MOU between Fort de Kock Health
Science College and Boromarajonani College of Nursing Saraburi, Thailand, we would like to
propose for clinical practicum of our students which will be conducted in two groups:
1. Group 1, from 21 April 2019 to 27 April 2019 for 10 students
2. Group 2, from 28 April 2019 to 3 May 2019 for 11 students
Through this letter, we also would like to ask for clinical instructor (CI) according to the
ward for clinical practicum with the minimum qualification is Registered Nurse (RN).
