2) Topic:
LEGAL INTERNSHIP: My main task was to read the cases and prepare a brief summary
of the case along with research work. Research involved finding a few similar cases and
updating myself with the latest judgments on civil matters.

3) Project Objective:
The main objective of the project was to enhance the research methodology and give a
realworld work experience. The curriculum's main idea was to give an on-the-job
experience and also refine and elevate my administrative skills. My Mentor focused on my
over-all development.

4) Methodology to be adopted:
DOCTRINAL RESEARCH: It is concerned with the formulation of legal 'doctrine' through
the analysis of legal rules. Within the common law jurisdictions legal rules are to be found
within statues and cases (the sources of law), but it is important to appreciate that they
cannot. In themselves, provide a complete atement of the law in any given situation.
 EMPIRICAL RESEARCH: Empirical research is a way of gaining knowledge by means
of direct and indirect observation or experience. Empirical evidence (the record of one's
direct observations or experiences) can be analysed quantitatively or qua litatively. I did
both of them.

5) Brief Summery of project(to be duly certified by the industry guide):

My area of Internship was mainly Case Study Research. Objective of the project was to
enhance the research methodology and give a practical work experience. I was given certain
situations for which i had to do relevant research, prepare a brief and sometimes draft
applications regarding the same too. The curriculum's main goal was to give an on-the-job
experience and also refine and elevate my skills effectively and efficiently.
