AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESSES

I, RACQUEL R. CHALLEG, Filipinos, of legal age, single with

residence at Alab, Dantay, Bontoc, Mountain Province, respectively,
under oath, hereby depose and state that:

1. I am currently the barangay secretary of Alab Oriente,

Bontoc, Mountain Province;

2. In the 20th day of December, 2016, MARLON KIS-ING, in

his capacity as the punong barangay ordered the demolition
and destruction of the barbed wire fence installed by
ROSEMARIE BRAGADO over a parcel of land located at
Amlusong, Dantay, Alab, Mountain Province;

3. The same was admitted by MARLON KIS-ING during the

barangay deliberations;

4. When ROSEMARIE BRAGADO requested for a copy of

the minutes of the meeting, I was advised by KIS-ING not
to issue the same for reasons known only to the latter;

5. MARLON KIS-ING acted in violation of R.A. 3019 known

as the ANTI-GRAFT AND CORRUPT PRACTICES
ACT and R.A. 6713 also known as AN ACT
ESTABLISHING A CODE OF CONDUCT AND
ETHICAL STANDARDS FOR PUBLIC OFFICIALS
AND EMPLOYEES, TO UPHOLD THE TIME-
HONORED PRINCIPLE OF PUBLIC OFFICE BEING
A PUBLIC TRUST, GRANTING INCENTIVES AND
REWARDS FOR EXEMPLARY SERVICE,
ENUMERATING PROHIBITED ACTS AND
TRANSACTIONS AND PROVIDING PENALTIES
FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES

6. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of all

the foregoing facts and circumstances and for the
purpose of supporting the complaint filed against
 MARLON KIS-ING and for all legal intents and
purposes that it may serve.
