They often provide service for the benefits
of their clients and the company itself. To
maintain its profitability, the company must
secure the good communication to their
clients while also securing their financial
status. Billing and Collection System must
be effective and accurate to be able to
assure the revenue. Problems arise in terms
of billing like calculating the bills and setting
of penalties which is the primary concern in
this study.
The proposed project is the billing and
collection system that will generate
invoices, process their payment, calculate
penalties, generate billing reports and
issues official receipt. This project will lead
us to have an idea about billing system on
our project (CPR)
The term information technology (IT) was a
little known phrase that was used by those
who worked in places like banks and
hospitals to describe the processes they
used to store information. The number of
investments in computers and types of
hospital systems has increased. This is
because paper medical records are weighty,
bulky to use and difficult to manage, The
researchers decided to pursue this study in
order to develop automated information
system for Tuy Municipal Health Center that
will help the institution on automating their
day to day transactions.
It its similar to our proposed project that’s
why this will give as an idea how the
process of transmitting of data to the
computer system that will lessen the work
time compare to the paper medical records

Information System

The hospital information system that

capture all incoming patient information
and facilitate the flow of data as patients go
through transactions inside the hospital
Once a patient enters the hospital (ER
department) to avail of healthcare services,
initial patient information as well as the
explanation of complaint will be logged into
the patient registration module. The doctor
who will be attending to the patient will be
able to view the patient information
encoded and complaint filed.

The system that our group proposed is

similar. It gives us an overview on the
methods of patient process on the clinic.

to the staff this idea is lead as to make an
accurate patient record system
