Select Operative Indicators (For higher level WBS all the 3 Operative Indicators must be
selected)

Select Correct Cost Element

Once All the Field Value is entered then Click On ENTER key.

7. Change User Status of the WBS:

Select the WBS for which the User Status needs to be changed

Go to EDIT  USER STATUS  SET & PASS ON

First while creating WBS User Status of the WBS will be in INITIATE (INT),
Change it one by one (Sequentially) till CONS (CONSTRUCTION)

Note: - To Raise PR against any WBS the User status of that WBS must be set to
Construction (CONS) & System Status must be set to Release (REL)

8. System Status:

Select PROJECT DEFINITION EDIT  Status  RELEASE (as shown below)

To open an existing Project then Click on Open  Enter the Project Definition Enter
