AFFIDAVIT OF NO IMPROVEMENTS

I, Gustavo F. Dalen, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen, and a

resident and postal address at #0624 Turning Point, Dontogan, Baguio
City, after having been sworn in accordance with law hereby depose
and say that:

1. I am the owner of a parcel of land situated in Barangay

Dontogan, Baguio City covered by Tax Declaration No. 99-
0022-00499 of the Office of the City Assessor Baguio City
which is hereto attached as Annex “A”, and Original Certificate
of Title No. 76899 of the Office of the Registry of Deeds for
the City of Baguio, more particularly described as follows:

Tax Declaration No. 99-0022-00499

“ A parcel of land located at Barangay Dontogan,

Baguio City, bounded on the north Lot # 5654; East
Lot #5669; South Lot #5433 and on the West Lot
#5344, containing an area of One Thousand Five
Hundred and Fifty (1,550) square meters.”

Original Certificate of Title No. 76899

“A parcel of land (Plan isu-191922, L.H. Case No.

0-663, L.R.C. Record No. N-304422. Situated in
Barangay Dontogan, City of Baguio. Bound on the
North by property of Bruce Wayne, on the East by
property of Clark Kent, on the South by property of
Jal Jordan, and on the West by property of John
Jones, containing an area of One Thousand Five
Hundred and Fifty (1,550) square meters.”

2. The aforesaid parcel of land has no improvements; and

3. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing and for whatever legal intents and purpose this may
serve.
