AFFIDAVIT OF EVENTS OF OCTOBER 21, 2010

Michigan State Republic )

)SS
Macomb County )

I, Jeffery-Dean: Saxon, the undersigned Affiant, do solemnly affirm that Affiant has direct

personal knowledge that leads Affiant to believe, and Affiant does believe, that:

1. On October 21st, 2010, I filed an appeal with the Macomb County Circuit Court.

2. I was told that a copy of the judge’s order would be required for the appeal.

3. I left the Circuit Court and went to the 37th District Court in Warren, Michigan.

4. I requested a copy of the court order from the court clerk for cases: #T-003166A, #T-

003166B, #T-003166W and #T-003167W, from the September 29, 2010 hearing.

5. I received a computer-generated copy from the court clerk, which was not an order

6. When I inquired about this “order”, I was told that was “all there was in the file” and that

there was no signed judge's order in the file.

7. I left the court offices and returned after lunch to talk with the court administrator, Robert

Curtis.

8. Mr. Curtis allowed me to inspect the judge's written notes on the case file envelope.

9. When I asked Mr. Curtis about the official judgment, he offered to have the Judge “back-

date” the order.

10. I refused to sign a “back-dated” order.

11. I was instructed to fill out judgment order sheets for four motions, which I had previously

submitted.

12. I filled the judgment orders as Mr. Curtis had instructed me.

13. Mr. Curtis informed me that the Motions had been denied by the judge, ex-parte.

14. Mr. Curtis took the Orders into Judge Chmura’s chambers and had the judge sign them.

15. Mr. Curtis brought the signed orders back and provided copies for me.

FURTHER, I sayeth not.
