 Do first the baby crib request because baby cries will disturb other guests.

4. What would you do if guest vomited on the floor while you are cleaning?
 Get precaution signage, put the of the guest into the garbage and assist bring the guest of the

satisfaction and comfort like (electric fan).

 Observe the door of the room if there is no DND sign. Knock the door 3 times. Do cleaning later
if not, do sat the room no. floor no. and say housekeeping.

10. How would you handle the guest who insist entering the room while making the bed?
 Let the guest enter the room and ask the guest health history like: asthma, allergy. If there is
allergy give mask and offer coffee, tea and magazine, etc.

endorse yourself to the guest and refer him to the lost and found section.

14.What is the difference between grooming and communication between butler and room attendant?

 In grooming and communication there is no difference but in terms of job description, there’s
difference because butler is around while room attendant is for room only.
