We have been informed that Mls. Liza Enterprise, Address: 64/1, Siddheswari Circular Road, Dhaka
(herein called "the Tenderer") intends to submit to you its Tender (hereinafter called "the Tender") for
the execution of work of "Repairing mobile trolley for mobile Generators with supply fitting- fixing
necessary parts under Generator division of DWASA" under the above invitation for Tenders (hereinafter
called "the IFT").

Furthermore, we understand that, according to your conditions, the Tenderer's Financial Capacity i. e.

Liquid Asset must be substantiated by a Letter of Commitment of Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit.

At the request of, and arrangement wittU the Tenderer, we United Commercial Bank Limited, Pragati
Sarani Branch, CHA-89/1 (1st Floor), North Badda, Pragati Sarani, Dhaka do hereby agree and undertake
that M/s. Liza Enterprise, Address: 5411, Siddheswari Circular Road, Dhaka will be provided by us with a

revolving line of credit, in case awarded the Contract, for the execution of the works viz. "Repairing
mobile trolley for mobile Generators with supply fitting- fitng necessary parts under Generator division
of DWASA" for an amount not less than Tk 5.0 (Five) Lac for the sole purpose of the execution of the
above contract. This Revolving Line of Credit will be maintained by us until issuance of "Taking-Over
Certificate" by the Procuring Entity.

In witness whereof, authorized representative of the bank has hereunto signed and sealed this Letter of
commitment.

the execution of work of "Construction of Chief |udicial Magistrate Court Building of 64 District Head
Quarter in Bangladesh. (1st Phase) (2nd Revised) one at Sirajganj (Sub-head: Supply & Installation of Sub-
Station Equipment ,Generator, Air-Cooler, Pump, Compound Light, Solar, Fire Extinguisher,
Dehumidifier,PABX & ConJerence System." under the above invitation for Tenders (hereinafter called
"the IFT").

Furthermore, we understand that, according to your conditions, the Tenderer's Financial Capacity i. e.
Liquid Asset must be substantiated by a Letter of Commitrnent of Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit.

Revised) one at Sirajganj (Sub-head: Supply & hrstallation of Sub-Station Equipment ,Generator, Air-
Cooler, Pump, Compound Light, Solar, Fire Extinguisher, Dehumidifier,PABX & Conference System." for
an amount not less than Tk.90.00(Ninety) Lac for the sole purpose of the execution of the above contract.
This Revolving Line of Credit will be maintained by us until issuance of "Taking-Over Certificate" by the
Procuring Entity.

amount not less than Tk.80.00(Eighty) Lac for the sole purpose of the execution of the above contract.
This Revolving Line of Credit will be maintained by us until issuance of "Taking-Over Certificate" by the
Procuring Entity.
