AFFIDAVIT

That I, PALERMO SORIANO y LAZO, of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of 43 Lilac Street
Street, Pilar Village, Las Pinas City, after having been sworn to in accordance with law, hereby
depose and say:

1. That I am the husband of Alicia Soriano y Caoile;

2. That Alicia Soriano y Caoile is the owner of a lot at Garden of Resurrection, Section A,
Block 0031/C, at the Loyola Memorial Park in Marikina, Metro Manila under Certificate
Number 18-67637;

3. That I give my marital consent to the sale of the above-mentioned memorial lot;

4. That I am healthy and of sound mind but I am not able to be physically present to
personally appear to sign all documents related the sale of said memorial lot due to my
advanced age;

That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and for all legal intents
and purposes this may serve.
