ADDENDUM

(TO THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT)

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Addendum in connection with the Memorandum of Agreement existing between the
parties mentioned below:

CABLE LINK & HOLDINGS CORPORATION, a corporation duly organized and existing
under the laws of the Philippines, with principal address at 8210 Dr. A. Santos Ave., Parañaque
City, represented herein by its President, ARMANDO M. MERILLENO, hereinafter referred to as
“FIRST PARTY”

-and -

EAST BRIO ORTIGAS RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM CORPORATION, a corporation

duly organized and existing under the laws of the Philippines, with principal address at Km 17
Ortigas Extension, Brgy. Sto. Domingo, Cainta Rizal, represented by it's Corporate Secretary,
JANINE MANZANA, hereinafter referred to as “SECOND PARTY”

W I T N E S S E T H: That-

WHEREAS, on (date of the MOU), the PARTIES entered and executed a Memorandum of
Agreement acknowledge before Notary Public (name of the lawyer/ place / doc number page/
Book no Series/ (sample: Atty. Hernane D. Denolo, of City of Parañaque, Philippines, and which
agreement is entered in his notarial register as Doc. No. 399; Page No. 80; Book No. IV; Series of
2010.)

WHEREAS, IT IS HEREBY DECLARED AND AGREED BY BOTH PARTIES that the following
from the said agreement is amended, to wit:

By way of addition to and forming as part thereof, it is hereby mutually agreed and
acknowledged upon that the First Party to attached lamp light at the post installed by Cablelink at
East Brio Condominium Residences.

WHEREAS, ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT REMAIN

UNALTERED.

WHEREOF, this ADDENDUM supersedes the Agreement dated (date of the MOU) sample:25
June 2010) as to the provisions previously entered and executed by parties.

WHEREOF, this Addendum shall become effective on (date of effectivity) (sample:June 1, 2011.)

IN WITNESS WHEROF, the parties have caused this instrument to be duly executed on this ___
