5. Post Installation
1. Stick label on Wall Outlet (Customer side)
2. Stick label on Fiber Optic Drop Cable (ODP side)
3. Stick Serial Number Label on BALAP (or write down S/N)
4. Cleaning up
5. Inform WiFI SSID to Customer
6. Inform WiFi Password to Customer
7. Ask Customer to test connection (WiFi, LAN, Browsing)
8. Ask Customer to sign BALAP (Berita Acara Lapangan)
9. Write down installation result on WO (Work Order) :
• FO Power Level
• Browsing
• Speed Test (Download, Upload, Latency, Jitter)
• WiFi SSID *)
• WiFi Password *)
10.Take a picture BALAP
*) WiFi SSID & WiFi Password need to be inputed in IBOSS, since EMS/U2000 still does not support ONT remote
configuration, so in case Customer forgot their WiFi SSID or WiFi Password, Customer Service able to inform to
Customer (without waiting for customer visit by Field Engineer), if EMS/U2000 already have support ONT remote
configuration we will not record WiFi Password anymore.
