Inclusion criteria included, clients hospitalized at the Prof. Dr.

RSJ Soerojo

Magelang, a client with a medical diagnosis of Schizophrenia, a client with nursing

problems with low, ascale self-esteemself-esteemof <15 according to RSES, and a

cooperative and willing to collaborate patient. The exclusive criteria include, clients

who cannot participate in Crocodile River because of physical disabilities (upper

limb fractures), clients who have a disease / physical weakness (stroke).
