THE RESULT
The initiative resulted in many tools. A catalogue of more than 60 documents (procedure,
templates and checklists) allowing staff to take specific action and use specific document
each time. Valcon also helped in training the internal team in implementing these SOPs and
also editing, modifying or creating new SOPs as and when required by the client.
