Terms & Conditions

• Taxes will be additional

• Additional charges for student and course will be billed monthly
• In SaaS, the limit of course content will be 50gb for the 10 courses. For each additional GB there
will be additional charges.
• Support only includes bug support so no new feature or upgrade is considered.
• All users will be counted no matter active or not active in SAAS.
• Deleted Courses will also be counted and changing name of course is also not possible.
• These terms may change any time with prior notification.
• The prices will be valid for next 30 days.
• AMC is mandatory
• We will have rights to archive the project if unheard for period of 1 month and may take
additional time and price to resume the same.
• In SAAS renewal cycle will be started from the date first user is registered.
