Guidelines
ACTION LEARNING PROJECTS ON PROJECT MARKETPLACE

Objective • Provide an avenue to practice skills through live projects .

Audience • The action learning projects are open to all employees in the B2-2 ( Asst Manager) to B4-2 (
Deputy General Manager) band and interested in practicing specific skills can enroll and
participate

Medium • The action learning projects will be hosted on Project Marketplace. Applications to the project
, program management , collaboration , communication, submission and evaluation will all
happen through the internal Project Marketplace network .

Duration • The duration of these projects will be from 4 weeks to 10 weeks

GUIDELINES FOR THE ACTION LEARNING PROJECTS
• Action learning projects will be posted by the Project Marketplace program team on the Internal Talent Network of Project
Marketplace .

• Users will get a window of 10 working days to apply for these projects post which the application for that particular batch of
Action Learning Projects will be closed. Incase an interested user is unable to apply during this window , he/she may try
applying for the next batch .

• Applicants will receive communication from the Project Marketplace id on the subsequent steps of the projects .

• Typically , the projects will have one opening session ( within 10 days of the project announcement) to align the participants on
the ask of the projects , one interim session ( 2nd week since start of the project) for peer feedback/review/discussion and query
resolution with a mentor and one closing session ( last week of the project duration) for sharing evaluation and feedback .

• Some action learning projects may have an additional session with internal experts/mentors

• To be eligible for rewards on completion of project , the participants must attend all the sessions for their particular action
learning project and submit the assignments on time . Peer review may be a mandatory requirement in some of the assignments
.
• Every participant who completes all the requirements of a particular action learning project will be awarded a certificate of
completion and a scorecard/feedback report .

• These projects will be eligible for the Reward Store rewards on Project Marketplace as per terms and conditions of the program.
