2) To APPLY for a housing loan with UNION BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (“UnionBank”) under the Regular
Housing Loan Program in such amount as may be approved by UnionBank and, as security for the payment of
the Loan, to mortgage and otherwise encumber the Property in favor of UnionBank after the certificate of title
thereto has been transferred and registered in the name of the undersigned Principal and his/her spouse;

3) To SIGN, EXECUTE and DELIVER any and all instruments, agreements, papers and/or documents as may be
required or necessary in connection with and/or to implement, complete and accomplish my purchase of the
Property and my/our housing loan application with UnionBank and other transactions related thereto;

4) To RECEIVE the check/s representing the proceeds of my/our said housing loan with UnionBank and to sign
and issue receipts therefore; and

5) To RECEIVE; SECURE and PRESERVE any and all papers and documents that may be issued
to me/us and/or in my/our favor in connection with my/our purchase of the Property and housing loan
application with UnionBank.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my/our said attorney-in-fact full power and authority necessary to do and
perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authorities as fully for all intents and purposes
as I/we might or could lawfully do as if I am/we are personally present, with such power and authority remaining valid and
enforceable until my/our written notice of revocation or cancellation thereof is duly received by UnionBank, and hereby
ratifying and confirming all that my/our said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
